Settlement of inheritance from Zayn al-‘Abidin's wife, 1914
Zayn al-‘Abidin Khan on behalf of himself and his seven children, sells one-fourth of the properties in Sar Bizhan, Kirman, to Salar Nusrat Ghulamhusayn Khan for one thousand and one hundred and eighty tumans and some wheat. Zayn al-‘Abidin Khan’s wife and her sister, wife of Hasan ‘Ali Khan, had inherited half of the Sar Bizhan properties from their late father, Muhammad Ibrahim Khan, which were divided equally between the two. Fatimah, daughter of ‘Ali Akbar Khan and wife of Ishaq Khan ‘Arab settles her mahr, except for half of the Baygum orchard in Mahan, for one hundred dinars and some wheat, with the condition that if she returns with good health from her pilgrimage to Mecca, she will have the right to void this settlement within one year

Dividing properties, 1873
Dividing the properties in Mirhamam of Kurk, between Sulayman Khan Sarhang [the colonel] and Bibi Hayat, daughter of Mirza ‘Abd al-Latif Shaykh al-Islam. Part of these property had been sold to Sulayman Khan by Haj Mirza Ibrahim, Haj Sayyid Yusuf, and Aqa Sayyid Ja‘far, and parts of it was transferred from Sulayman Khan to Bibi Hayat as her mahr.
